The current owner has owned the vehicle since 2018, with just two former owners from new. One thing we particularly like about this example is its MOT history. It has had very few advisories over the years, which is always a good indication of a vehicle that has been maintained rather than simply repaired when something goes wrong. It comes with great service history and will leave us freshly serviced and with a fresh 12-month MOT ready for its new owner. Overall condition is good for a 2012 vehicle. It isnt being described as a brand-new car, but it presents well for its age and is clearly an example that has been cared for. FULL DISCLOSURE PREVIOUS CATEGORY N, Now for the only bad news. The Sportage is recorded as a previous Category N insurance claim. The damage was remarkably minor the rear boot/tailgate had a dent approximately the size of a fist. Rather than repairing and painting the damaged tailgate, a replacement tailgate was sourced in the correct matching colour, and the original was simply unbolted and the replacement bolted on. No structural damage was involved. We would much rather be completely upfront about the vehicles history so the next owner knows exactly what they are buying.
